Return & Exchange Policy – Kalia Jewelry
At Kalia Jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
We only offer exchanges in cases where the item arrives defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at kaliajewelry1@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.
If approved, the item must be returned before a replacement is sent.
Exchanges are only available for items of equal or greater value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Earrings
- Slippers
- Custom and personalized items (including stickers and custom bags)
- Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
We are only responsible for replacing items if the error is on our end (for example: incorrect item sent or customization mistake such as spelling errors).
Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
